  6. Now you mix everything together , and add your diced tomatoes, and a little more salt pepper..
  7. And now you have your shrimp and sausage pasta ..

Remove from the heat and add the basil and Parmesan. To make the Essence Seasoning, just mix all of the ingredients and store in an airtight container. Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside. Add wine and broth to pan and boil until reduced by half.
