  1. Make medium sized florets. Wash & pat them dry.In a bowl mix all the ingredients required for grilling(Turmeric,chilli powder,salt & Oil) and toss the florets in it.Place them on a single layer and grill it for 15 minutes.Adjust the timing based on the oven.It should be cooked well by now..
  2. In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds & cinnamon stick. Add Onion to it and wait till the onion turns golden brown. Add Ginger garlic paste to it and saute for 2-3 mins..
  3. Add the cut tomatoes and wait till it becomes nice & pulpy..
  4. Add all the called in spice powders one at a time and cook till the gravy is nice & dry and oil oozes out of the masala..
  5. At this point add in your grilled cauliflower and make sure to coat all the pieces with the masala. Cook for 2 mins and garnish it with minced coriander leaves & lime juice..
