  1. Prepare 1 can of cream of mushroom.
  2. You need 1 can of cream of celery.
  3. Prepare 1 1/2 cup of evaporated milk.
  4. It's 2 cup of frozen peas/carrots.
  5. You need 3 can of albcore tuna.
  6. It's 2 cup of sharp cheddar cheese.
  7. It's 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese.
  8. You need 1/2 cup of Italian bread crumbs.
  9. You need 16 oz of package large wide egg noodles.
  10. It's 1 can of spray oil.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of dried minced onion.
  12. It's 1 tbsp of lemon pepper spice.

Creamy Tuna Casserole/peas & carrots instructions

  1. preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. drain tuna.
  3. put tuna in bowl and chop till small.
  4. add lemon pepper spice and mix well.
  5. while tuna sits with spice bring water to boil on stove with a big pan.
  6. when water is boiling put noodles in pan for 7 minutes al dente.
  7. go back to tuna and mix again, tuna smell should be gone.
  8. in a second bowl add cream of mushroom, celery and evaporated milk and mix with whisk.
  9. add minced onion and mix well.
  10. put tuna into liquid mixture and mix well.
  11. put peas and carrots into mixture and mix again.
  12. check noodles they should be done and drain thoroughly.
  13. spray large pan or Pyrex with spray oil heavily.
  14. put noodles in pan and spread evenly, add about a half cup water to the pan.
  15. spread mixture on top of noodles evenly (like frosting).
  16. put mild cheddar cheese on top.
  17. put bread crumbs on top.
  18. spray with spray oil the bread crumbs/cheese mixture.
  19. put in oven uncovered for 40 minutes.
  20. use a loose fitting foil at end of baking to have a less hard topping.
  21. cook more or less depending on oven.
  22. let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
